Reviewers say:

“Wonderful fantasy romance. This story was delightful in so many ways, some of which I can not share without giving spoilers, so for the full delight be sure to read the story yourself.
I really enjoyed the interaction between Charlotte and Ronan. There were interesting supporting characters and quite an amazing amount of adventure/suspense (not sure which to call it – the characters are in danger but they are not seeking it out) for a fairly short story. The way the Twelve Days of Christmas poem was woven into the story was quite intriguing.”

“All I can say is WOW! I started this book and finished it in a basically a day. I was so engrossed with Charlotte and Ronan’s story that I could not put it down. I loved how the lyrics of the song were woven into the story. I was kept on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen at the end. I thought that Ronan was a good guy but not completely sure. I wondered if Cormac was a good guy or not, he came across as both good and bad. The birds added a nice touch to the story and there were times when I just laughed out loud. So happy that I didn’t have to wait until Christmas to get to read this story. It is a great story to read at any time. I would love to see a sequel to this story and see how Ronan and Charlotte continue in their engagement. But I would especially what to see what happens with the birds <ha ha>.”

“More fun with the 12 Days of Christmas than I’ve ever had!
Brightley delivers again with a magical, funny sweet romance that’s peppered with the literal gifts of the twelve days of Christmas, leaving Charlotte with enough enchanted birds to fill her apartment.
Charlotte and the mysterious Ronan have twelve days to figure out what is going on, before one – or both- of them is destroyed by a love curse.
Funny, charming, and full of magical Christmas birds, this short novel is the perfect way to enjoy Christmas any time of year!”

“Utterly captivating, entrancing. WHAT a wonderful love story. Pure. Powerful. Dangerous. Victorious! This is an author of whom I shall enjoy reading more of their work. I sure would have enjoyed an Epilogue on this one.”
